	Apparently they're not going to make anymore 2 door Wranglers. I never thought I would see the day, but here we are. I made a deal with my wife when I got my DD TJ (I have a second TJ for DD only) that I would drive it for four years, then either give it to one of my boys, or sell it and get a new vehicle. Now I'm very tempted to buy a 2023 two door JL (in 4 years).

<p>
	I think your wife should make sure your life insurance is paid up! I also think you shouldn't try to 'save' money on the most likely piece of hardware that might save your life in a traffic accident. Also a great example of bad welding.

<p>
	I'd like to see what happens the first time one of those recovery hooks is used. I would not want to be standing anywhere nearby. SMH

	What do you have mounted on your inside driver A pillar? Banks Power is looking into making a A-pillar mount for the JL/JT.
</p>

<p>

</p>

<p>
	Currently we use a <a href="https://bankspower.com/products/gauge-mount-63341-idash-52mm-2-1-16-in-gauges" rel="external nofollow">suction mount</a> for the current <a href="https://bankspower.com/products/banks-idash-supergauge-datamonster?variant=41297517412549" rel="external nofollow">iDash</a>. Click the links to view.
</p>

<p>

</p>

<p>
	We tossed around the idea of something that attaches to the A-pillar similar to how the <a href="https://store.switchpros.com/jeep-jl-jt-mounting-kit/" rel="external nofollow">Switch-Pros</a> attaches.
</p>

<p>

</p>

<p>

</p>

<p>
	Let me know your thoughts and cast your vote on the poll.

	Well this is not my first JL build but will be the first for the site. My uncle picked up a 21 Rubi and wants to give it a better look and stance. It is going to be a DD and a hit a trail here and there, so I am keeping it simple for him. Going with the Evo 3.5 Enforcer stage 2 with Fox 2.0 resi. Going to keep the wheels and run the Synergy hub centric 1.75 spacers and wrap then with a 35x12.50R17 BFG KO2. Parts are ordered and waiting on them to arrive.
</p>

<p>

</p>

<p>
	I will post up the progress.
